Follow These Steps to access your Securus Account

1. First Enter the Securus Login address or URL into the address bar of your browser:

2. Then on the empty text field under USERNAME, enter your Username or your User ID

3. Next on the empty text field under PASSWORD, enter your Password

4. Click the LOGIN button to proceed to your account

 

Having trouble logging in to Securus?

If you're still having trouble logging in, you can follow these steps to retrieve or reset your PASSWORD.

1. Under the text field of Password, click the link that says FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? 

2. Then follow the instructions there and provide the needed information to retrieve or reset your Password. In this case, you will have to enter in your Username.

3. Once you have entered in your Username, click on the SUBMIT button

4. If your Username is invalid, you will have to contact the Administrator or Technical support to reset your credentials

Password Policy

All End Users must accept the "Terms and Conditions" upon their first login when account is set up, when password is reset, or when account is unlocked.

All End Users are required to reset their password upon first login and when an account is unlocked.

The End User account will become locked after three (3) failed login attempts.

If a End User account becomes locked, the End User must contact the Site Administrator or Support.

Password Reset Policy

Passwords must be between 6 - 12 characters long and can be configured to require numbers, letters, and at least one special character (!@#$%^&*()).

Passwords cannot be the same as any one of the last 1-12 passwords used, if configured.

Additional security authentication questions (mother's maiden name, favorite pet, birth date) are proved to each End User. This is managed by each individual End User and is used at the discretion of the End User.

Any End User can reset its own password through the management console in the End User interface.

An Administrator can reset any End User's password within its Facility(s).
